Telehealth Services
Telehealth visits without insurance cost $75 and are ideal for minor illnesses such as colds, sinus infections, allergies, UTIs, and rashes. If an in-person follow-up is needed, the $75 will be applied to the visit.

Our treatable conditions include but are not limited to:
- Wound Care: abrasions, cuts, burns, lacerations, wound dressing
- Infectious Illnesses: COVID-19, flu, strep, UTIs, sinus infections, RSV, mono
- ENT: sore throat, ear infections, sinus pressure, pink eye
- Dental: tooth pain, oral swelling, minor trauma
- Skin Disorders: rashes, insect bites, allergic reactions
- Renal/Genitourinary: UTIs, bladder issues, male and female health
- Cardiovascular: blood pressure issues, chest discomfort (non-emergent)
- Pulmonary: asthma, wheezing, bronchitis, cough
- GI: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, reflux, constipation
- Neurologic: headaches, migraines, dizziness
- Gynecology & Women's Health: UTIs, vaginal discharge, minor bleeding, pregnancy testing
- Pediatrics: minor illness or injury in children over 3 months

- Strains & Sprains: joint and muscle injuries, neck/back strain
- Dislocations & Fractures: fingers, toes, minor fractures
- Eye Injuries: foreign bodies, abrasions
- Work-Related Injuries: minor occupational injuries and documentation
Functional Medicine
In partnership with Spire Health Pathways, we provide functional medicine for those seeking to address chronic issues through nutrition, lifestyle, and root-cause resolution. Common concerns include autoimmune disorders, hormone imbalances, and digestive issues.
Occupational Medicine
We support workman’s comp, return-to-work exams, and occupational injuries. AfterOurs clinics partner with employers to ensure quick and responsible care and testing services.
Self-Pay Pricing & Payment Options
Telehealth visits: $75
Provider visit in-clinic: $175 minimum, $330 maximum
We also offer lower-cost standalone services like:
- Basic Physical Exam: $75
- TB Test: $35–70
- EKG, Lab Tests, X-rays: varies
Insurance & Pricing
We accept all major commercial and government insurance plans. However, insurance companies often exclude us from narrow-network plans without notice. If your plan processes out-of-network and your cost exceeds our self-pay rates, we will reduce the amount owed to match our capped pricing.
