Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) usually needs an emergency room, not urgent care. If this is happening now, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

How we treat it at AfterOurs
PID needs a pelvic exam and testing for infection and pregnancy, and it is treated with antibiotics. More seriously ill patients need hospital care. Because of the risk of complications, we recommend a prompt in-person evaluation.
When to come in
Pelvic pain with fever, discharge or bleeding should be evaluated promptly. Go to the ER if pain is severe or you feel very ill.
