I came in late on a Saturday night because I cut my hand while washing dishes. The ladies were amazing and they made me feel very comfortable while getting stitches for my injury. They took great care of me and I was back home quickly. Thank you Sancie, Maryann, and Nancy!

Update: Good quick service. They were empty when I was there yesterday afternoon. I called to double check if they take my insurance and got an AI which did answer my question then sent me a link to make an appointment. 4yrs ago: Overall good experience. I needed to get a covid test before my grandmother visited from out of state. I couldn't find a way to schedule an appointment online, so I called the general corporate phone number, and they said you do not need to make an appointment. I showed up later that day and the wait time was multiple hours, they said that you could make an appointment online. I ended up figuring out how to do so, made an appointment for the following morning. I only had to wait a couple minutes before going in, they got it done immediately. My only complaint was that it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get the results for a rabbit test and I waited for over 20 minutes.

Overall, excellent experience. Longest part was doing the intake, but that's pretty standard no matter what urgent care you go to. Everyone was polite, greeted me on arrival, and cleared up any confusion I might have had initially (I thought I went to the wrong place at first because it was just so nice and clean and not like other urgent cares at all, along with being tied with another clinic). I was seen swiftly and had all my issues addressed in a matter of fact manner, which I truly appreciate. I felt like I was participant in my care as well as getting seen by the doctor and the staff there. Everything was done very smoothly and there was little wait time. I think even if there were other people there waiting, the whole operation was very efficient, and so there was little lag. I was also impressed at the station up front with masks, hand sanitizer, pens, clipboard and water. I think it's a remarkable place to have it instead right at the front desk so people who are coming in like me, coughing and hacking don't have to struggle too far in before masking up if they don't have a mask on hand. I very much appreciated this. Hopefully I don't have to come in again for awhile, but if I do, I know where to go!

Both Stephanie and Leah were very professional and thorough ! We were seen immediately after doing our paperwork. Nice to know this Urgent Care is close to home. I highly recommend !!

Fast, friendly service when I was feeling like a pile of hot garbage. The doc was great, the MA was great… everyone did a great job. I made an online appt and was seen within 35 seconds of arriving. The virus tests took about 20ish minutes and I had my result. Also- go get yer covid and flu vaccines!

The entire staff at AfterOurs was incredible. I took my dad there and they really took the time to help him and get him headed in right direction. His medical history is complicated and they were amazing. We will definitely be back when we need care. I would give 10 stars if it was an option.
