Paying yourself? In-clinic urgent care has standard, moderate-service and procedure tiers. Your final tier depends on the care you receive—not just the appointment type you select. An optional two-payment arrangement is separate from the visit price.

Using insurance?

Your cost depends on your coverage, copay, deductible and coinsurance. Bring your insurance card and photo ID; confirm your benefits with your insurer.

Insurance details

In-clinic self-pay visit tiers

Standard visit: $175; A standard sick or minor-injury visit.
Visit with one moderate service: $250; For example, an X-ray or a breathing treatment.
Procedure or two moderate services: $330; For example, sutures, incision and drainage, or two X-rays.

The tier is determined by the care provided. These tiers are not the prices for every separate service on our menu.

Optional two-payment arrangement—not the standard visit price

$120 at the time of service, toward your visit balance.
An additional $15 program fee makes this option cost more than paying the visit balance at the clinic.
A major credit card must be kept on file.
The remaining balance is due within 30 days.

Confirm the arrangement with your clinic. It is not a universal booking deposit or a discount on the visit.

Nutrient IVs

Choose Use my insurance at booking. Hydration billing depends on your provider’s assessment and plan eligibility; copay, deductible or coinsurance may remain. You may owe the self-pay difference if your provider determines hydration cannot be billed to insurance. Full self-pay is all-inclusive; no insurance is billed.
