No. Walk in to any clinic, or reserve a time online if you'd rather not wait. Telehealth visits are booked online.

Every clinic is open until 11 PM, every day of the year, including weekends and holidays. Denver Southeast, Littleton and Thornton open at 8 AM daily. Denver Highlands is open 5 PM to 11 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 11 PM on weekends. Telehealth runs 8 AM to 11 PM daily. See each clinic's hours and address.

We bill your insurance. We have contracts with all major commercial and government plans, including Medicare and Colorado Medicaid. We can't guarantee we're in network for every commercial plan, because insurers sometimes build narrow networks without telling us.

At the visit we collect your copay and file the claim, then bill any remainder after your insurer processes it. If your plan treats us as out of network or denies the claim, we reduce what you owe to our self-pay rate. Cost and insurance details.

Our self-pay prices are posted before you're seen, and an in-clinic visit has a firm maximum however complex it turns out to be. Telehealth visits, physicals and many tests have their own flat fees, and you can split a visit into two payments. See current self-pay prices.

Most illnesses and injuries that need care today but aren't life-threatening: colds, flu, COVID-19, sore and strep throat, ear and sinus infections, UTIs, rashes, sprains, minor fractures, cuts that need stitches, burns and more. Yes. Patients of all ages are welcome, and we do sports and school physicals for kids.

A telehealth visit is a video visit with an AfterOurs clinician. It works well for minor problems like colds, sinus infections, allergies, UTIs and rashes. If what you have needs an exam in person, we'll tell you and point you to the nearest clinic. How telehealth works.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for chest pain or pressure, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke (a drooping face, arm weakness or slurred speech), severe bleeding, a serious head injury, a major broken bone, or anything you believe is life-threatening. If you come to us and need a hospital, we'll tell you plainly and help you get there.

Yes. Se habla español: almost all of our staff speak Spanish, and our online check-in has an Español option.

Yes, if you tell us who they are. We work alongside primary care doctors rather than replacing them, and we send visit notes back so your care stays in one place. If you don't have a primary care doctor, we can suggest one near you.

Yes. We treat work injuries and provide workers' compensation care, return-to-work exams, drug screens and physicals for employers we have an agreement with. Information for employers.
