Medical Conditions
Here are some of the medical conditions and symptoms we typically address solely over telehealth:
Minor Illnesses
Common cold, flu, sinus infections, allergies, and other minor illnesses can often be diagnosed and treated via telehealth.
Skin Conditions
Rashes, acne, minor burns, or insect bites can be evaluated through video consultation.
Digestive Issues
Symptoms related to conditions such as acid reflux, gastritis, and irritable bowel syndrome can be managed remotely.
Respiratory Infections
Conditions such as bronchitis and pneumonia can be initially evaluated, and if necessary, the patient can be directed to visit in-person.
Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)
Symptoms of UTIs can often be evaluated and treated via telehealth.
Eye Conditions
Conjunctivitis and styes are examples of eye conditions that can be diagnosed and treated remotely.
Please note that this is a general list and the services offered may vary. Always consult with a healthcare provider to understand what’s best for you. We’re here to help you navigate your health journey, every step of the way.
Financing
If you opt to pay for the visit yourself, the cost is $75. If you end up needing to come into one of our clinics, the $75 will be applied to the in-clinic visit cost.
If you opt to use your insurance, please verify your telehealth benefits with them directly. Some insurance companies partner with a specific company to provide all telehealth services and deny all other claims to the patient.
Appointment Times
Telehealth visits typically begin at the scheduled appointment time selected. Remember to check in promptly and have all needed paperwork ready before the start of your session.
Issues with internet connectivity, hardware malfunctions, or software glitches may delay the start of the appointment. Other unforeseen circumstances such as prior appointment overrun and sudden medical emergencies may also delay the start time.
